Refunds and Cancellations: Advertisements in the Equine Directory currently stay on the website for a period of one year from the date of going live. Advertisers will be contacted to renew their advertisement or subscription. Advertisements in the Events and Shows section stay on the website from the time of booking until the end of the month in which the show/event appears. Currently, Classified advertisements can stay on the website until the item for sale or loan is sold or loaned. Advertisers have a responsibility to let us know when the item is sold or loaned. Refunds: Once an advertisement, display listing or subscriber page is booked, produced and live, the advertiser may request that it is removed at any time, but refunds are not permitted. Happy Horses Ltd reserves the right to change terms and conditions, at which time, appropriate advertisers will be notified. Happy Horses Ltd reserves the right to amend copy or editorial or remove an advertiser from the website, at any time. Any advertiser that it is deemed necessary to remove from the Equine Directory will be refunded any appropriate remaining monies, less the time already spent on the website and less production and administration costs.
